Jericho Partnership is a faith-based nonprofit organization in Danbury, CT focused on youth mentoring, academic tutoring, literacy programs, after-school programs, summer learning, and food pantry services. We serve at-risk children and families across the Greater Danbury community. Our programs support students kindergarten through 12th grade, addressing education equity, youth development, food insecurity, and spiritual growth; helping students succeed academically and graduate prepared for the future. Founded in 1998 by William “Bill” Beattie, Jericho Partnership was created to reduce high school dropout rates through long-term mentoring and relationship-based intervention. Drawing from his own experience growing up in poverty, Bill built a model centered on consistent mentorship, literacy improvement, and academic support. What started with five mentors and five students evolved into the Pathways Danbury Mentoring Program. Since then, Jericho has supported hundreds of students, invested thousands of volunteer hours, and achieved measurable outcomes demonstrating strong social impact. Inspired by the Good Samaritan, Jericho Partnership combines faith-based service with practical solutions, meeting immediate needs while creating pathways to long-term stability. Jericho is powered by faith based organizations, ministries, partner congregartions, donors, and volunteers committed to education, community development, and social impact. 👉 Partner with us through corporate sponsorships, employee volunteer programs, donor support, or grants and help create lasting change in Danbury, CT.
