In the 1980s we began operating as Quality Contracting, and then became Universal Living in the 1990s. A little over ten years ago we purchased a Case Handyman & Remodeling franchise, but in our continuing efforts to best serve the needs of the Tidewater community, we have decided to branch away from Case and call ourselves what we really have always been – Jerry Harris Remodeling.
