Jersey Coast Family Medicine’s electronic medical record system allows our courteous and caring staff to track, store and maintain your vital information so that you can stay up to date on important health items including: vaccines, screening colonoscopies, mammograms and other age appropriate screening tests. As an added benefit, most prescriptions can be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice
     
Our patients have the ability to access their own health information via the Patient Portal.  Via their web browser, patients are able to view and print their lab results, make appointments, e-mail the Doctor and pay their bill all in the comfort of their own home.

Jersey Coast Family Medicine LLC and its physicians are providers for Medicare and most major insurance plans.  We bill insurance companies directly.
