Based on the beautiful Island of Jersey in the Channel Islands all our products come from milk produced by the finest Jersey Cows. 

We have over 250 years of pure quality behind us and our milk offers 20% more calcium and 18% more protein than other milks, creating a naturally improved texture and taste without the need for artificial ingredients.
