Jersey Health Connect is New Jersey's largest Health Information Exchange (HIE) organization that works closely with healthcare providers across the State to develop and implement secure systems and processes for sharing clinical information electronically.  

As a nonprofit, JHC is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors that includes health information professionals from the State’s leading healthcare organizations. JHC was incorporated in 2010 and collaborates with a variety of healthcare entities, including hospitals, physician practices, home health agencies, long-term care facilities, pharmacies, laboratories, imaging centers, health plans and patients. 

The organization maintains administrative offices in Princeton, New Jersey.
