JF Fredericks Aero LLC, a division of Micro Precision LLC employs around 65 people in a climate controlled, 24,000 sq. ft. building in Farmington, Connecticut. Our talented Engineering department, with a staff of four, processes customer technical data utilizing programs such as; Unigraphics, Solidworks, Cad-Key, and Master Cam Software. Our Quality department, with a staff of seven, insures customer product meets and exceeds customer expectations while maintaining certification / compliance to ISO 9001:2008 and EN/JISQ/AS 9100:2009, ISO 14001:2004 certified, also ASQR-01, S-1000 and D1-9000 approved. Our extensive customer supplier source approvals include respective DSQR authority. Our array of multiaxis machinery includes 8-axis mill/turn centers, as well as a 40 pallet, 5-axis mill. The capability of this equipment has allowed us to eliminate the need for procurement of expensive forgings and castings, by machining customer products from bar stock. This technology allows us to offer our customers shorter lead times at competitive pricing. We are highly experienced in machining non-ferrous metals, high nickel alloys such as stellite, inconel, titanium, hastalloy and waspalloy to name a few.
