I am now certified through FLIR Infrared Training Center as a Level 1 Certified Building Investigations, Thermal Roof Inspections, and is now a Level II Thermogragher.  There are very few if any other home inspectors with Level II training and competency in Sarasota and Manatee counties.  Thermography helps reveal air infiltration and exfiltration issues, insulation deficiencies, moisture impregnated materials, loss of gas material in high efficient windows, electrical hazards, and poor workmanship.  Jigsaw Home Inspections, Inc are the only inspectors in the area that offers sewer cam.  Jigsaw Home Inspections, Inc can inspect your sewer system for breaks, bellies, roots, and blockages.
