Introductions
Their introduction as a team came years ago when Tim was still in the Air Force moving onto the Peninsula. He was struck by the level of professionalism and care Jim gave his family as their Realtor.® 
Jim, with more than 20 years of experience in local real estate, was awed by Tim’s natural ability to quickly grasp real estate as well as his extensive background in finance. “I thought, This guy would make an amazing real estate professional,” recalls Jim. “He showed so much initiative and really seemed to know what went into making a move successful.”

After Tim had settled into the area, he and Jim remained friends, golfing and spending time together with their families. When he told Jim he was planning to retire from the military, Jim saw an opportunity to put their natural ability to work together into action in their professional lives. “I thought, What a great opportunity to combine what we both had separately and put that to work for people in real estate,” Jim recalls. “It was an easy decision for both of us to make.”
