Jiva is on a mission to improve the livelihoods of 500 million smallholder farmers across the world through thoughtful digitisation. Through our mobile applications and partner network, we work directly with farmers to deliver four critical services: micro-financing, agri-ecommerce, harvest purchase, and personalised agronomy advisory. 

Since our launch in Indonesia and India in 2020, we have added billions back into local economies, provided advisory to over 10 million farmers, and purchased over 500K tonnes of harvest. We are a passionate, purpose-driven team looking for talented people to help us drive our next phase of growth.
