Financing alternatives include loans, leases,trac leases
for titled equipment, saleleasebacks and off balance sheet financing. We also have lenders that provide capital for commercial real estate projects. 

Equipment payments are fixed and can be structured
to match the cash flow of a business. The application
process is simple and no tax returns are required
for many of the programs up to $ 75,000 as long as a company has been in business for 3 years and has
good credit and had past comparable borrowing.

If a business if relocating, expanding or purchasing
a new facility, many of our lenders offer SBA loans.
If a business if working with a potential client to 
provide monthly services and that client is Standard
& Poors rated BB or better, one of our lenders will
finance $ 1 million+ of equipment for the business 
providing the service (ie: solar energy, wireless 
communication, refuse/garbage removal).
