Jim Helleny started Jim’s Mobile Offices in 1986 as a company that provided mobile office space and storage containers to the construction industry.  Early on in the business, Jim learned this simple truth - building relationships with customers by providing excellent products at fair prices along with outstanding customer service is the most effective business plan.

Along the way, Jim expanded the business to provide relocatable classroom buildings and permanent set modular buildings for commercial applications.  Over the years, we have provided office space, classrooms and storage containers to and built relationships with construction companies, schools, colleges, churches, hospitals, doctors, hotels, banks, golf courses, automobile dealers and many other businesses, as well as households.  We have a large, specialized container fleet that can assist with any jobsite or residential storage issue.  

The Company was rebranded as JMO Mobile Modular, LLC in 2012 when Jim's son Joe took over the company after Jim passed away.  Jim's commitment to quality product and outstanding customer service has been passed down to Joe, who continues to value the principles and commitments of his father.

Located in Southern Illinois, JMO Mobile Modular delivers modular and mobile buildings throughout the Midwest.  We are proud to be members of the Modular Building Institute and the National Portable Storage Association.
