New York Real Estate Broker who has been licensed over 22 years. I’m registered with the New York State Banking Department as a Mortgage Broker and am also a Certified Financial Planner. I am currently the Vice President for The Residential Division of the Bronx–Manhattan N. Association of Realtors and a member of the Westchester Board of Realtors. My property management experience is utilized by the City of Yonkers as a court appointed 7A Administrator. I am a past member of the Freddie Mac advisory council and a current member of the Fannie Mae National Advisory Council. In 1985, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer & Informational Science. I run a modern fully computerized full service office with a multilingual staff specializing in REO Management and Disposition for over 12 years.
