John Fotiadis Architect PLLC “JFA” is a full service architecture firm based in New York City, offering architectural design, master planning, urban design, and interior design services. Founded in 2009 by John Fotiadis, a licensed architect with over 25 years of international experience, the firm is presently involved in the design of projects in New York, Ukraine, The Republic of Georgia, and Turkey. Recent Projects include the design of the Trump Tower in Batumi, Republic of Georgia, and an 800,000 square meter mixed-use master plan development in Ankara, Turkey. JFA is a young and lean firm, leveraging the collective experience of its staff as well as a more extended pool of building professionals at its disposal. The mission of the firm, first and foremost, is to provide unparalleled value for its clients. JFA is realizing this goal by implementing cutting edge communication and design technologies. By doing so, JFA can generate very comprehensive work quickly and economically, and be ready to respond to changing client needs in real time.
