Founded by current President Gary Kraemer and his late father John, our firm focuses on luxury residential projects of all shapes, sizes, and styles. Depending on the year, our workload is typically 50% remodeling and 50% new construction. We specialize in everything from large estate home construction, to empty-nest homes, to lake cabins, condo build-outs, all the way to kitchen and basement remodels. With two of Gary's sons, John and Jeff, in the business, the firm is now a third-generation company, and look forward to another 40 years of building and remodeling the state's finest homes. The Kraemers (John, Gary and Jeff) are personally involved in every project. We listen closely to each client and build a home that clearly reflects their lifestyle and personality.
