The law firm of John Z. Huang, P. C., was founded in the State of Illinois by Dr. John Z. Huang in 1994 and incorporated as a professional corporation in 1998.  The firm has two principal objectives, first, to assist immigrants and businesses seeking to establish themselves in the U.S.; second, to assist U.S. businesses seeking to trade with and invest in China and the rest of the Asian/Pacific nations.

       We assist companies and immigrants in re-locating their businesses, employees and families from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan to the U.S.  Our goal is to assist our clients in solving their problems and to help them to make informed proactive decisions that will facilitate the achievement of their goals in an expeditious and cost effective manner.  We are sensitive to our clients’ desire to receive quality legal services.  Our other main areas of service are in corporate commercial law, commercial and residential real estate law, China investment and immigration law.  The clients of the firm include individuals, partnerships, corporations and multinational corporations.  We handle international business and investment transactions and immigration matters which include applications for H-1B, E-1, L-1, permanent labor certification, permanent residence, and naturalization.
