Jordan Consultants has been providing specification consulting services to architectural firms since 2006, seeking to add value to our clients’ professional design services by consulting on building product research, evaluation and selection; construction specifications; sustainability; project procurement; and envelope performance analysis.

Over the last 18 years, our firm has completed specification services for more than 850 projects in Texas, New Mexico, Illinois, Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Hawaii, and New York.  These projects include facilities for hotels, multi-family residential facilities, church and religious education buildings, assisted living communities, industrial research and development, health care, K-12 schools, commercial buildings, college and university buildings, mixed use office/retail, state and local government, and community and recreational facilities.

In addition to assisting with building product research, evaluation, selection, and specification, we support our clients by assisting with research and evaluation of submittals and substitution requests.  Our experience with current building codes and LEED™ requirements helps to identify the most appropriate products for use on our clients’ projects.
