Joseph A. Gibbs has been practicing law in the Coachella Valley for over 32 years, in the areas of real estate, business, corporate, and employment law.

Mr. Gibbs has been an active member of the Desert Bar Association (former President), Riverside County Bar Association, Santa Barbara Bar Association, California Trial Lawyers Association, Palm Springs Trial Lawyers Association and the State Bar of California.  Mr. Gibbs is admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of California, and has been admitted to the U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. 

Mr. Gibbs is a founding member and master instructor of the American Inns of Court, Warren Slaughter-Richard Roemer Chapter.  Mr. Gibbs serves as an Arbitrator and Mediator with the American Arbitration Association.  Mr. Gibbs has been appointed by the Riverside County Superior Court to serve as a Mediator, Arbitrator and Judge Pro Tem.

Mr. Gibbs volunteers his time to serve on the Boards of local corporations, hospitals, banks and charitable organizations.  He has developed a major presence in the agricultural communities situated throughout the State of California.

For the past 25 years, Mr. Gibbs has been asked by the State Bar of California to serve as a Special Master in assisting various law enforcement agencies to ensure their compliance with current California laws and regulations.
