Joy of Music Program (JOMP) is a performing arts organization based in Worcester, Massachusetts, founded in 1986 by Wendy Webster Ardizzone to build a musical community that reflects the diversity of the greater Worcester area. It relies on a core faculty of more than forty musician educators who collaborate with students, staff, volunteers, and donors in music education and performance. The organization operates from a fully accessible facility in a former nursing home, highlighting its commitment to inclusive access. Accessibility informs all programming, and financial aid is available to any person with demonstrated need as a central element of its mission. Through its activities, JOMP engages the local community around music education and performance.
