In 1971, Lynn Jesperson and Rod Sadleir founded J&S Striping Co., which focused primarily on providing striping services for smaller parking areas. Subsequently, in November of 1976, the company incorporated with Rod Sadleir, assuming full responsibility as the sole owner of J&S.

Since the beginning as a small striping company, J&S has extended their services offering to provide a variety of deliverables such as asphalt paving, asphalt repairs, seal coating, and pavement marking throughout San Diego County.  They are dedicated to providing the finest in evaluation, installation and customer service.
