JTG Holdings, LLC is a company founded by Tim Gehan, former CEO of Gehan Homes.  Tim founded Gehan Homes and led the expansion of Gehan Homes from a start-up builder into a Top 30 homebuilder, where they were closing on average 1,400+ per year at the time of their sale.  JTG Holdings, LLC was started in 2016 after the successful sale of Gehan Homes to Sumitomo Forestry of America.
