Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa (JAEI) empowers young people to own their future economic success. Through hands-on, career-connected learning experiences, we equip students from kindergarten through 12th grade with the financial capability, work readiness, and entrepreneurial mindset they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world. By partnering with educators and business leaders, JAEI bridges the gap between the classroom and the workplace—helping students see not only what they can become, but what they can change in their community. Each year, thousands of volunteers deliver Junior Achievement programs that inspire confidence, build essential life skills, and open pathways to meaningful careers and economic mobility. Together, we’re preparing Eastern Iowa’s next generation of innovators, leaders, and difference-makers.
