Mission

The Junior League of Cleveland is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

The Junior League welcomes all women who value our Mission. We are committed to inclusive environments of diverse individuals, organizations and communities.

A volunteer with the Junior League of Cleveland has an opportunity to develop herself as a trained civic leader and build friendships through the League’s structured and supportive environment while, most importantly, making a positive impact on the community.

A snapshot of the League’s projects include: Girl League, Cooking with Cuyahoga’s Kids in partnership with Adoption Network Cleveland, and the JLC Scholarship Fund.

The Junior League is represented by over 190,000 women in 300 Junior League chapters worldwide.
