Minority owned precision CNC machining services, specializing in close tolerance parts, on time. Engineering, CAD/CAM design, consulting, multi-axis milling, turning, tooling, fixturing, assembly, helicoils. Prototypes to production.  Precision tolerances to +/- .0001 in all materials including metals, exotics & plastics. Production of more than 15,000 pcs ranging from .03" diameter to 12" dia. round material & 22" x 44" sq. material. Laser engraving for serialization, bar code, company logos & part numbers. Industries served include commercial & defense.

JW Machine has a successful history of manufacturing precision machined custom components, hardware and devices for aerospace electronics, nautical and simulation related industries. Many of our customers have contracts with the federal government, DOD and DOE.  We are accustomed to serving under the requirements of ITAR compliance and proprietary licenses.
