Kadalyst is a founder-led wellness communications firm based in Portland, Oregon. It specializes in personalizing HR and benefits communications to connect employees with the right resources at the right time, guided by individual needs and health data, and delivered through engaging formats such as video, podcasts, and interactive benefit portals. The approach uses targeted prompts to encourage healthier actions over time rather than broad campaigns.

Its clients are employers seeking to improve wellness program engagement and outcomes through data-driven messaging. A case study of a 900-person group across about 20 locations showed participation rise from 15% to 94% after implementing a plan that delivered the right messages to the right people, with no additional incentives. The founder describes the motivation for starting Kadalyst as stemming from the death of a colleague due to a preventable health condition, a personal impetus behind the company.
