KAI was founded in 1995 by Namer Kaim, AIA, with the goal of providing personal and qualified architectural services to Houston area healthcare clients. Since its inception, and over the ensuing years, the firm has expanded services across Texas on projects that range from clinic build-outs to major medical buildings.
Changing economic times and advances in technology mandate that capital improvement projects be managed by professionals educated in these areas. Skyrocketing construction costs require the efficient planning of available space, balanced with the functional requirements of each space and the optimum materials selected to provide the best value for each construction dollar spent. At KAI, our experience in programming, master-planning, design and construction provides the specialized service that is best represented by our long list of repeat clients.
