Using cryomilling, Kalustyan has revolutionized the way our spices look, taste, and feel. The cryomilling process grinds our products at subzero temperatures, retaining a high level of volatile oils and moisture, while standard milling would reduce these elements significantly. Kalustyan offers a number of sterilization methods and we allow our customers to decide which method they prefer. Our sterilization methods include EtO, PPO, steam, and irradiation. As part of our commitment to food safety and sterilization, Kalustyan regularly keeps up with upcoming technology developments.
