Grant prospects KCFAA has recently secured small grants (approximately $40k) and a state-level violence prevention grant, indicating ongoing fundraising activity and potential opportunities to offer grant-writing services, donor management software, or sponsorship packages to expand funding channels.

Community partnerships As the sole official second home of a major dance company and active in interracial and multicultural partnerships, KCFAA may benefit from outreach around collaborative events, sponsorships, and technology for audience engagement and community outreach initiatives.

Tech footprint Existing stack includes digital marketing and e-commerce tools (The Trade Desk, Simpli.fi, WordPress, Shopify) and email platforms, suggesting opportunities to upsell CRM, analytics, data segmentation, or non-profit fundraising platforms to optimize donor acquisition and retention.

Leadership transition Past leadership changes (interim CEO appointed in 2018) along with a focus on sustainability imply openness to consulting services, board development, governance solutions, and leadership coaching that can stabilize operations and strategic planning.

Budget-conscious growth Reported revenue is under $1 million with a small staff, indicating a need for cost-effective solutions, scalable tech, and affordable marketing/CRM tools designed for small to mid-sized non-profits to maximize impact.
