Recent Recognitions The firm has earned notable industry accolades in recent years, including ABC National Top Performers and Eagle and Excellence in Construction awards, which can be used to bolster credibility in proposals and differentiate in competitive bids.

Strategic Hiring The addition of a project manager in 2026 signals ongoing capacity building and commitment to project delivery, suggesting opportunities to discuss larger or more complex renovations and multi-site programs that require seasoned on-site leadership.

Portfolio Momentum Active project completions such as the Jean Appolon Expressions dance studio fit-out and ongoing renovation/new construction work indicate momentum in specialty fit-outs and cultural/arts sector projects, presenting cross-sell opportunities to similar clients and facilities teams.

Financial Footing With revenue estimated between 25M and 50M and a leaner employee base, Kaplan can be a competitive mid-market partner for integrated PM services, preconstruction, and value engineering on mid to large-scale projects that require cost-conscious delivery without sacrificing quality.
