KASTO Inc. has been supplying the U.S. market with innovative sawing and storage technology from Germany for over 40 years. KASTO Inc. offers universal sawing machines for workshop use to high-performance band sawing machines for the industrial cutting of large bar, blocks and plates. KASTO develops and produces semi-automatic and fully automated bar stock and sheet metal storage systems to meet a wide range of requirements: from compact, standalone storage towers up to fully automated high-rack honeycomb systems with thousands of storage cassettes. The product range also includes fully automated sawing centers and combined storage solutions, which handle all storage, sawing, marking, palletizing and bundling processes – beginning from loading the raw material to robot-assisted retrieval of the cut parts. 

One of the great strengths of KASTO Inc. is its comprehensive customer service. The company is nationwide with its headquarters near Pittsburgh, a technology center and showroom in Chicago and a service presence in Los Angeles. KASTO Inc. supports users from planning to assembly and commissioning, and it provides service and maintenance. To ensure short response times and minimize machine downtimes, it fields a team of more than 20 service technicians and maintains a large spare parts storage with approximately 10,000 articles. Many KASTO systems can be monitored remotely, permitting fast and simple online troubleshooting by specialists.
