Kaston and Aberle, LLP was founded in 1994 by Richard M. Aberle, Esq. and David E. Kaston, Esq., as a full service law firm with the mission to provide quality legal services to a wide range of clients. We have succeeded in effectively representing thousands of clients involved in general liability matters, personal injury claims, commercial litigation as well as those who need business contracts and leases. Mr. Aberle's background as an Eagle Scout has set the tone for the way we treat our clients and fellow members of the bar. Not only are we honest, trustworthy counsel but we take a personal interest in our clients and their cases and go that extra mile to make sure they get what is right and best for them. We practice in all five of the New York City venues as well as Nassau and Suffolk Counties regularly. Our main and permanent office is at our building in Mineola, N.Y. and we also have access to offices throughout the City. Mr. Kaston, who also has an MBA, is both an effective trial lawyer and negotiator. He and Mr. Aberle are also involved in their local communities serving as Coaches for multiple sports teams as well as the Nassau County Police Athletic League. We are generally retained directly by our clients, but also receive referrals from many other lawyers who recognize our ability and trust us to represent their clients. Among these are Jacoby and Meyers, with whom we have worked with for the past 15 years.
