Kaukauna Utilities is a community owned and operated electric and water utility, serving 16,000 customers in the Kaukauna area. The utility provides electric service to the City of Kaukauna and parts of the following: the Villages of Little Chute and Combined Locks, and Towns of Buchanan, Freedom, Holland, Kaukauna, Oneida, Vandenbroek, and Wrightstown. Water service is provided for the City of Kaukauna only.

Kaukauna Utilities was founded in 1912 by the citizens of Kaukauna. While a lot has changed, the focus of Kaukauna Utilities has not. Today, Kaukauna Utilities still offers its residents some of the lowest electric rates in state - rates significantly lower than those in territories that are served by investor-owned utilities. Kaukauna Utilities also provides its customers with clean, high-quality water that meets or exceeds all state and federal standards. And, as part of the community, Kaukauna Utilities affords its citizens a voice in its decisions and programs.
