K&D Company has been a specialist in job-shop electron beam (EB) welding for over 50 years. We are registered Nadcap, ISO9001 and AS9100 and are Boeing certified. Our website describes our EB weld machines which can accommodate a variety of power settings as well as small and large parts. Our customer base includes some of the largest aerospace firms in the country including Boeing, Eaton, Honeywell, Parker Aerospace, SpaceX and Raytheon. We have a host of smaller customers as well. Turn around time (TAT) is a very high priority for us. along with a strong emphasis on quality and competitive pricing. Helium leak checking is another capability that complements our welding, particularly when hermitically sealed devices are involved. Through our sister company, Repairtech International, Inc, we can offer 5-axis machining, N.D.T. and TIG welding.
