KDC is a locally owned and operated mechanical contractor from Albuquerque, New Mexico. We perform plumbing and HVAC on new construction and remodels for commercial buildings. We have experiences that can be as small as remodeling a restroom to as complex as hospital projects.  At KDC we focus on hospitals, administrative buildings, schools, retail spaces, assisted living, and other types of projects with different levels of complexity. We work on design build, design/assist, and plan and specification projects. KDC's primary goal is to serve our clients and give them the best product in the industry.
