The Keizer Heritage Center is a small cultural organization in Keizer, Oregon that preserves and presents local history through a museum and related spaces. It originated when the Keizer Heritage Foundation, formed in October 1988, moved and restored the 1916 Keizer Schoolhouse to create a multicultural center and museum serving Keizer and surrounding communities. The renovated schoolhouse building, completed in November 1999, is owned by the foundation and is maintained for future generations. The center operates a museum to provide an historic view of Keizer and also functions as a landlord by leasing office space to tenants while offering community space for public use. The organization aims to pursue additional projects to preserve Keizer's history and runs a development program to attract and retain annual members.
