The network comprises more than 700 physicians and allied health professionals across 35+ locations, delivering care across 65 medical specialties. It operates the largest freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center in Texas and offers radiation therapy at a nationally accredited Cancer Center, complemented by on-site laboratories, advanced imaging, a Sleep Center, 17 on-site pharmacies, a secure patient portal, and telemedicine services.

It partners with major insurers to provide value-based commercial health plans, and its KelseyCare Advantage Medicare Advantage program has earned a five-star CMS rating for seven consecutive years. The clinic is recognized by NCQA as the nation’s first Accredited Accountable Care Organization and a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, with many physicians certified in diabetes and heart- and stroke-care. Based in the Greater Houston area since its founding, the system has continued expansion, most recently announcing an expanded West Campus facility in Katy to broaden access.
