Established in 1999, Kelton Project Management, Inc. provides developers, property owners, homeowners, retail, restaurant and condominium associations with professional project management services and representation. To date, Principal Steven M. Kelton who has over 42 years’ experience, has supervised project management of over 3 million SF of property and has been directly responsible for the successful completion of more than One Billion Dollars in commercial, residential, and corporate projects. He has worked with many of the nation’s top developers, as well as regional and local property owners on a number of projects throughout South Florida. Some of the notable projects are Bayside Marketplace, CocoWalk, The Falls, Las Olas Riverfront, award winning projects La Cascade Condominium and Harbor Shops.  Mr. Kelton is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in building construction, and is a state certified general contractor (inactive) since 1985.
