Kenergy Corp is a member-owned electric distribution cooperative based in Henderson, Kentucky. It was formed in 1999 through the merger of Henderson-Union Electric Cooperative and Green River Electric and operates on a not-for-profit basis, reinvesting margins into the operation or returning them to members as capital credits. The cooperative is tasked with delivering safe, reliable electricity at an affordable price and maintains more than 7,000 miles of power lines serving homes and businesses in Breckinridge, Caldwell, Crittenden, Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, Hopkins, Livingston, Lyon, McLean, Muhlenberg, Ohio, Union and Webster counties. 
In 2022, Kenergy selected Conexon Connect to deliver high-speed fiber internet within its service territory, reflecting a broader effort to expand services for rural Kentuckians. As a rural electric distribution utility, the company leverages its member-owned structure to address both energy reliability and connectivity needs in its service area.
