It operates five clinic locations in Augusta, Winthrop, Waterville, Farmington, and Skowhegan, offering clinic-based services such as medication management and outpatient counseling for mental health, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions. The organization also provides extensive community-based supports, including case management, residential services from daily supports to 24/7 on-site care, school-based services, home and community therapy, multi-systemic therapy, and outreach for adults, families, and youth experiencing homelessness.
