Kentucky Pain Associates (KPA) is a medical clinic specializing in treating patients of acute pain, especially victims of auto injury and Worker's Comp. We are actually the only state-approved pain management facility in the area that specializes in Auto Injury. We have offices in the heart of downtown Louisville as well as in Lexington, KY and Elizabethtown, KY. 

KPA provides thorough examinations, medication as needed, and trigger point injection therapy to help our patients during their healing process from an injury. 

We strive to help the patient get well not only by providing high-quality medical care but also by effectively communicating and working with the other professionals involved in the patient’s treatment such as a physical therapist or personal injury attorney.
