Expansion Opportunity Recent Calgary expansion and new Alberta Operations Director signal growth and potential cross-sell of environmental services to oil and gas, construction, and industrial clients in Western Canada.

Full-service Access As a full-service environmental consultancy offering impact assessments, contaminated site work, risk management, engineering, and indoor air quality, Keystone can upsell integrated solutions for complex projects requiring multiple disciplines.

Tech-enabled Delivery Use of ArcGIS, AutoCAD, AWS, and content platforms positions Keystone to pitch data-driven site investigations, digital reporting, and scalable remote collaboration to mid-market clients seeking modern environmental services.

SME Advantage With 51-200 employees and a track record as a top small and medium employer, Keystone can target mid-sized private and public sector opportunities that require nimble teams and responsive client engagement.

Partnerships & Growth Existing partnerships and recent collaborations (e.g., with Sterling IAQ and JGR Group) indicate a pattern of joint ventures; leverage these to propose co-delivery on large projects and expand into new geographies and sectors.
