Kids Helping Kids Sacramento is a student-led nonprofit based in Fair Oaks, California, operating from Del Campo High School. It was founded in 2012 by AP Government students who wanted to help a homeless classmate, and it has grown into an organization that emphasizes learning through service.

The group raises funds to support families affected by pediatric cancer, youth in foster care or homelessness, underprivileged elementary students, and impoverished children worldwide. Its programs provide a year-long framework for students to gain experience in managing operations, finances, fundraising, productions, outreach, and marketing as they plan events. The organization has earned national recognition, including a 2016 designation as the top student-run social entrepreneurial nonprofit in the nation and a 2019 SVP Fast Pitch Sacramento win.
