Kiely Family of Companies, established in 1952, has three business units: Civil, Development and Equipment. Each business unit is comprised of multiple stand-alone companies, and when combined, these services provide exceptional design-build capabilities. 

Our Civil Business Unit focuses on turn-key projects and long-term thinking, actively building a lasting legacy for our customers and communities. Our Civil Business Unit specializes in engineering, utility construction, heavy highway, hot mix asphalt production and inspection services.

Our Development Business Unit concentrates on community-enhancing projects. Our Development Business Unit specializes in the construction, sale and leasing of industrial, commercial and residential real estate. 

Our Equipment business unit specializes in the manufacturing, distribution and sales of construction related equipment. These customers depend on us to protect their valuable assets, ensure safety, solve challenges, eliminate downtime and maximize efficiency.
