At King’s Camps and Fitness it’s about providing a dynamic, fun and motivating environment where our clients can achieve their goals. It’s all about real work producing real results. Clients put in the sweat and effort and we provide world class coaching, programming and a good old fashioned kick in the pants now and again to keep people on track.

Our community is vast including stay-at-home-moms, professional and amateur athletes, police, paramedics, entrepreneurs and wine experts. We have athletes of all sizes, shapes, ages and fitness levels. The common theme is that our clients are willing to push themselves to the limits to find their goals.

The beauty of our program is that no two days and no two workouts are the same. Our athletes find a new challenge every time they enter the gym. This constant, systematic variation and intensity is what keeps our clients continually evolving, improving and getting leaner, stronger and faster.
