Kiosko y Más operates as a platform that aggregates news content from a wide network of publishers within the broadcast media production and distribution space. Led by Vocento and Prisa, it has established itself as a leading source of news apps on Apple's platform in the Spanish market. Since its July 2011 launch, the platform has expanded to include about 60 editorial groups and 350 newspapers and magazines, making it the largest offering of quality press in Spain.

Based in Madrid, in the Community of Madrid, the company positions itself among the major Spanish-language media platforms by coordinating a broad editorial alliance that includes groups such as Vocento, Prisa, RBA, G+J, Godó, Zeta and Hearst. This alliance has been described as the largest editorial collaboration in Europe to date. In 2012, the platform received the Premio a la Plataforma Editorial del Año after its first year of operation.
