Kirk Law Office, L.L.C. ( a/k/a Johanna R. Kirk) provides legal services to businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals in many areas of law.  I handle all business matters including start-up, employment issues, litigation, and wind up, sale or succession. I provide legal services in real estate matters such as transfers, sales, gifts, or lawsuits.  I assists individuals with elder and estate planning needs and probates estates.  
Even more important than being a lawyer, I am a mom, a wife, a community volunteer, a friend to many who I first met as a "client".  My approach to practicing law isn't focused on billable hours. My goal is solve client's problems in a way that makes their lives better.
