KLJ Solutions is a Bismarck-based provider of business consulting and related services, established in 2001 to back its first subsidiary, KLJ. Today it oversees a trio of subsidiaries—KLJ, Progress Solutions, and Property Solutions—each serving different client needs in infrastructure engineering, oilfield operations, and real estate development. The group delivers centralized support in corporate management, finance, human resources, and information technology to help its subsidiaries pursue their respective goals, and in February 2023 Miles Bullock was promoted to Construction Management Supervisor.

KLJ Solutions’ heritage extends to the original KLJ, founded in 1938, which has long supported engineering, planning, and building projects across multiple sectors. Progress Solutions, launched in 2013, provides management and operations support for the oil and gas industry, including a coordinated approach to pipeline operations and water services, while Property Solutions, formed in 2005, concentrates on real estate development opportunities.
