Partner with IT and Operational leadership to assess IT operational processes with a focus on improving customer (internal and external) satisfaction.  

Healthcare Revenue Cycle Optimization:
Partner with Revenue Cycle leadership to define their analytic needs; assess the operational workflow and current state technology to identify opportunities for organizational efficiencies as well as improved patient satisfaction.
