We prepare, review and file tax returns - including Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 990, 1040, 1041, 709 and 1099, and have experience with foreign reporting, payroll, sales, and multiple state income tax returns. 

Our clients also depend on us to prepare annual tax projections to minimize their risk and liability. We also maintain general ledgers and perform financial analysis, cash flow analysis and budget preparation, in addition to compiling trial balances and adjusting ledger entries for corporate and flow-through entities.
