Kodaikanal International School is an autonomous, residential international school located in Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu, offering a K–12 education. The program integrates the International Baccalaureate with an American curriculum to provide a college-oriented pathway that emphasizes critical thinking and deep learning. It supports a wide range of extracurriculars—arts, music, sports, social justice, and environmental awareness—within a Christian-values framework and a culturally diverse community. The school operates in a unique setting high in the Western Ghats, which complements its learning program with outdoor and nature-based experiences. About 550 students from varied backgrounds participate in the IB tracks and the US-accredited high school diploma, which enables direct entry to Indian universities; the campus is led by Principal Mr Corey Stixrud.
