Kollar Chocolates is a unique artisanal chocolate shop located in the heart of the Napa Valley where self-taught chocolatier Chris Kollar invites you to discover his world through a glass show kitchen. 

From the moment you enter this modern and European-influenced shop, a mouth-watering smell of chocolate awakens your senses. Come closer; in the display cabinet, the colored truffles look like edible works of art. Chef Kollar strives to use the best quality ingredients to create premium chocolates and give you a fleeting taste of happiness. His truffles are as pleasing to the palate as they are attractive to the eye. Using classic techniques he learned in Europe, he adds his own twist in the flavors and designs and adds local seasonal ingredients to his ganaches, such as fennel pollen or lavender.
